Refund Policy

Due to safety and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept product returns for change of mind situations.

However, if your product has been damaged in transit, or you have another issue relating to product, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and explain in detail your issue/s, sending accompanying photographs where appropriate. 

You will be eligible for a replacement if your item has been damaged in transit, or if there is an unexpected quality issue and we accept responsibility for that issue. The product must be in the original packaging.

Shipping

If requested to return damaged product to us, once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

If you are approved, then your replacement product will be sent within 2-3 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement product, the cost of return shipping will be paid for by us, in good faith.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
