At Rubifresh, our philosophy is that the concept of “beauty” as we know it, is a distraction from living a big life - a life with influence and impact.

We seek to develop products and services that build health & radiance into your skin, energy & wellness into your body and strength & peace into your mind.

We use fresh, natural ingredients in our 100% natural skincare range, to help build the health of your skin. We collaborate with naturopaths and other health care professionals to develop functional products for healthy gut function and sleep patterns, so you feel well more often.

And we pull it all together in our retreats, workshops and other wellness events, to equip you, and make it super easy to incorporate some of these new habits and mindsets into your everyday life

I LOVE my Cranberry face scrub, it does it’s job, but is super moisturising at the same time. I have excema so this is important for me. It’s minty fragrance is delicious!! You need this in your life friends!

In her early 40s and mother to two toddlers, Tristan felt she was at a crossroad - torn between society's expectations of flawlessness, and the life philosophy she so believed in. With curiosity, passion and determination she set about discovering the secret to ageing naturally, gracefully and full of confidence and finding her 'happy' in her own skin. Two years later, Rubifresh was born. With a background in the science of food, nutrition and skincare, fitness leading and mentoring/coaching, Tristan brings her 30+years experience to the world of health, wellness and natural beauty. She is a fitness nut, a mother and a passionate advocate for health, wellness and the power of the human spirit to change the world. She speaks and writes on topics such as real beauty, nutrition, skin health and exercise, and actively promotes toxin free living.
