Shipping Policy
We want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Australia: Free shipping on orders over $199 AUD. Orders under this amount will show the shipping cost at checkout.
International: Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout based on your destination.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier used, and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Please allow extra time during peak periods such as Christmas and major sales events.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing, which is outside our control.
Local Pickup
At times, we offer local pickup as an alternative to shipping. If available, you can collect your order from one of the following locations using the corresponding code at checkout:

Please note, processing may take a little longer for local pickup orders, as it takes us time to organise. Using one of these codes does not mean free delivery, it means the order is available for you (the customer) to collect from that address.
Once we let you know your order is ready, you'll have 7 days to collect it. If it isn't collected within this time, you're welcome to arrange delivery instead by paying for shipping. Please note this disqualifies the order from our free shipping threshold, as it requires us to repack it to make it suitable for mailing.
If you're located well outside our pickup areas and use one of these codes, we'll be in touch to sort out the best way to get your order to you.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@rubifresh.com.au and we'll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we're happy to help however we can if this happens.
